Each item is made-to-order, so plan for 4-5 business days for processing and creation time before shipping confirmation is sent. Please expect to wait 2 weeks from order date to receive your product. Shipping times will vary depending on where your item is shipping to from the U.S.

I do not accept returns or exchanges with the exception of items that arrived defective. If you receive a defective item (I'm sorry!), email me within 7 days of delivery and we can discuss a possible credit to your account.

Yes! I can do color variations and size adjustments of existing items. Depending on the difference in materials required, there may be a fee added on - this would be agreed upon beforehand of course. Contact me if you are interested in customizing an item like this!
